Joshua Barby is a Senior Associate at Prescus Capital with a focus on mandate selection and transaction execution. 

Before joining Prescus Capital, Josh was an Investment Banking Associate at Stifel Financial in London, where he focused on advising corporates and financial sponsors on public and private debt solutions as well as restructuring and liability management transactions. Prior to Stifel, Josh was a Manager in EY-Parthenon's M&A and Restructuring Advisory department. Josh started his career at Lloyds Bank in London. 

Josh is a CFA charterholder. He received a bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a masters' degree in Business Management from the Imperial College Business School in London.
